What are concurrent users?

Concurrent users means how many people can be connected to your hotspot WiFi at the same time — not your total voucher sales or registered accounts.

Choose a plan that covers your busiest hour (peak simultaneous connections).
You can sell unlimited vouchers; billing is based on live sessions, not total customers.
When one user disconnects, another can connect within your plan limit.

A plan for 250 concurrent users can serve 1,000+ hotspot accounts, as long as no more than 250 devices are online at once.
